What is performance planning?
Performance planning can be mentioned as an organization's formal process of identifying and planning a persons or a business's goals and the most efficient method of achieving them. Having a performance plan is to reach an agreement on a person’s or a department's job roles/ responsibilities. Performance planning can also make the goals and objectives that need to be achieved more clear.
Both the employer and employee do the planning this is through a good plan, also called the development plan.
