Once you provide the contact details of your candidate or employee, they will receive an invitation to access our secure portal. There, they can complete a simple online form to begin the BPSS check process.

Most checks are processed quickly. Some parts, such as criminal record (DBS) checks or employment verifications, may take longer depending on the availability of information.
As soon as results are available, you will be notified by email. You can also securely download reports directly from our portal.

The Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) is the recognised standard for pre-employment screening of individuals who require access to government assets.
It is important to note that BPSS is not a security clearance. Other levels such as Counter-Terrorist Check (CTC), Security Check (SC), and Developed Vetting (DV) are formal security clearances carried out through the National Security Vetting (NSV) process.
