Step 2

Enter details of the candidate.

The admin will create the candidate on the platform. The candidate will receive a secured link with login details where they can upload the information. The amount of information required will be based on the screening parameters. Both customer and the candidate will be able to track the screening progress in real-time.

Step 3

The screening is submitted for review to a Complygate screening specialist.

If there is no missing information, results of the checks like Identity check, Right to work check, Adverse credit check, AML search, PEPs search, Adverse media check, FCA register search, Directorship search and Global sanctions can be visible in as little as 15 mins.

Criminal check (basic DBS) in the UK may take 1-2 days. Results from other countries may take longer.

Checks like Regulated references and Education verification may take 2- 5 days.

Step 4

Screening complete.

You will receive an email when the screening is complete. We will also highlight any negative information in red for you.

You should be able to track the progress of each screening via the dashboard.
