What is organisational development?

- They are made to align with the company's goals and activities in a prepared and intentional way, with a perspective to taking out a certain result that will develop the end performance of the organisation.
- There are many definitions of organisational development and it can mean different things to different company’s.
- For example, the organisational development in an accountancy company may be to work on improving the efficiency of the process and quality of customer contact. On the other hand for the NHS the organisational development may be to improve on the safety and the quality of patient care.
