What are Undefined Certification of Sponsorship?
Undefined CoS are documents that a Sponsor with available CoS allocations can immediately issue to in-country applicants.
This is where someone is applying to get permission to stay within the UK which is assigned to a Skilled Worker. An annual allocation can be given to a sponsor of undefined Certification of Sponsorship. These applicants are those who make an entry level clearance applicant from outside of the UK/ abroad. There will be an estimation of the number of undefined certificates that will be needed for you in the first year for worker and temporary workers when applying for your license.
