What are In-house solutions?

In-house solutions are defined as solutions or services which are rendered towards an organization and its requirements by its internal staff and resources. In-house solutions provide direct control over primary HR tasks like hiring, recruitment, training, employee retention, etc.

In-house solutions assist an organization’s HR by directly monitoring their employee development and productivity during different phases of career progression. In-person conversations and discussions can easily be facilitated which help improve overall employee engagement. In-house solutions can also render help whenever needed as well as otherwise, and there is a high level of understanding between the different members of an in-house solutions team.

However, in-house solutions are high on the expense side and finding the right candidates can be a long, tedious and difficult process. A big HR team for in-house processes can also slow things down as most of their time may be consumed by non-strategic HR processes.
