What is the Certificate of Sponsorship from the UK Skilled Visa system?
Certificate of Sponsorship is documentation of self-certifying of which a sponsor licence holder can carry out to a sponsored work visa applicant. For visa applications it is a mandatory pre-requisite in the Skilled Worker, T5 routes and some T2 routes, ICT. Also, the old Tier 2 (General) and so is the Tier 5 visa section and categories. A Certification of Sponsorship is not paper documentation and nor is it an actual certificate, however, it is a virtual document.
