What is HR Software?

The key aspects of HR Software are measuring productivity, commitment, managing compliance, developing people and collaboration. HR software can often be called by different names like HR systems, high-performance work systems (HPWS), human capital management (HCM), human resource management system (HRMS) and human resource information system (HRIS).
